As a distance learning student, can I access books only available in hard copy?

Can books be mailed to me? Can I access them online? Can I receive an interlibrary loan from a nearby university? I have tried to access books through Sage Online but all text books much be purchased. Thank you for you help!

I'm not sure if books can be mailed to you.  Where do you live?  What titles do you need?  Usually interlibrary loan services are for that college or university's students.  What school(s) are near to you?
