You can find books about hospitality management in the G and TX sections of the library shelves. The following is a more detailed breakdown of where these books can be found using the LC Classification system:

G 154.9-155.8   Travel and state. Tourism.

TX 341-641  Nutrition. Foods and food supply.

TX 642-840  Cookery

TX 851-855 Dining-room service.

TX 901-956.5 Hospitality Industry.  Hotels, clubs, restaurants, etc. Food service.

TX955-985 Building operation and housekeeping.
