InterLibrary Loan may take up to 2 weeks to obtain items requested by Mercyhurst students, staff, or faculty.

Please be advised that InterLibrary Loan staff will make every effort to expedite your request and to obtain your requested materials asap. Therefore, while it could take the full 2 weeks to obtain your materials, may requests have a turnaround time closer to 7-10 days.

If you are unsure whether you should request a material through InterLibrary Loan due to the time it may take to obtain your materials, please speak to a library staff member or call the InterLibrary Loan department at 814-824-3988 for assistance.
