Q. Do you have music?
Answer
Yes!
The music collection at Hammermill Library is comprised of nearly 4000 cataloged scores, with new scores being added on a regular basis. Many styles and genres are represented in the collection, including compositions for orchestra, solo and chamber music, and operas. The collection is housed on the second (or main) floor of the library.
Hammermill Library also has a growing collection of over 4000 CDs that are housed in the media area, which is located in the NW corner of the 2nd (or main) floor. Patrons can browse the extensive collection, which spans the history of music from the Medieval Period through 21st century popular music. CDs may be requested and checked out at the Circulation Desk.
