Yes, you can get to it by going to our website, clicking on journals, putting in Contemporary Sociology, and then finding the correct vol/issue number.  Here is the link if you can't find it.  However, this is just a review of the book, not the book itself. We don't have the book.  http://csx.sagepub.com/content/40/6/686.full.pdf+html  Let me know if I can do anything else for you.  You might want to interlibrary loan the book if you have time.
